Exceptionally comfy and stylish room with air conditioning.

The bar and restaurant wasn't open early for breakfast.

Strongly recommend for a short layover

Comfy bed, great air conditioning, and exceptionally friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, especially after getting a complimentary drink while we waited to check in, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and nearby beach access.

All was wonderful.

stayed solo for 1 night, and the room was super beautiful, like brand new. i loved the comfy bed and how quiet it was, couldnt hear anything from downstairs. the kitchenette was a great surprise, had everythin i needed. also gotta say the location is perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and shops all around.

only downside was that the air-con buzzed a bit at night, and i wish they had more parking spots available.

It was just an appropriate option for a short staycation in Barmouth with outstanding value. The staff were really helpful, especially when they fixed the leaking air conditioning right away. Keep in mind the parking hours, as it opens only at check-in time.

Had a lovely stay at The Fanny. The second floor king room stood out with its beautiful decor. It felt very spacious, making it a pleasure to relax in. The kitchenette had everything you need for a quick breakfast or snack, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The curtains did an excellent job blocking out the morning light for a nice lie-in. Location couldn't be better — just a short stroll to the beach and nearby restaurants. The bathroom had a large shower with fluffy towels, which was a nice touch. the air conditioning buzzed loudly at night, which was a bit disruptive. neighbors were quite noisy in the morning, waking us at 7 am. But overall, great place, just keep those potential noise issues in mind.

The stay was overall very pleasant, but being on the ground floor made it a bit noisy at times with sounds from the bar area. The room was comfortable with a large super king bed and an excellent shower. Having air conditioning was a huge bonus. I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby attractions and the friendly locals. I would definitely consider returning for its location and amenities.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend breather in Barmouth with good price value. The refrigerator in our room was a little noisy but didn’t ruin our stay. Keep an eye out for breakfast options nearby.
